Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Trading binary options involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Read this disclosure carefully before opening a Real account.
1. You can lose your entire stake
Each binary option has only two outcomes. If your prediction is wrong at expiry you lose 100% of the amount you staked on that trade. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.
Most retail traders lose money trading binary options. Past results, including results on a Demo account, are not a reliable indicator of future results.
2. Fixed payout, not a share of the market move
Your potential return is the payout percentage shown and locked when your order is accepted. It is always less than 100% of your stake, which means that over many trades with an even chance of success you are expected to lose money.
3. Short expiries and volatility
Very short expiry times amplify the effect of small price movements, latency and emotion. Prices can move sharply and unpredictably, especially around news events.
4. OTC and synthetic prices
Some instruments are quoted from over-the-counter or simulated price streams that may differ from prices on public exchanges. These prices are not traded on a regulated market.
5. Technology risk
Internet outages, device problems, data feed interruptions or platform faults may prevent you from placing or closing trades or cause trades to be voided.
6. Trading assistants
Assistant features provide automated suggestions or trades based on rules you set. They do not provide financial advice and can lose money. You remain responsible for every trade.
7. Regulation and legality
Binary options are banned or restricted for retail clients in many jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to make sure trading is legal where you live. Restricted jurisdictions are listed in the Terms of Service.
8. Responsible trading
Set personal limits, take breaks, and never borrow to trade. If trading is causing you financial or emotional harm, stop and seek help from a local support organisation. You can ask the Help Center to limit or close your account at any time.
9. No advice
Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Consider seeking independent advice before trading.
